Detectives Reed and Richards are back on the case, this time investigating a series of art heists that have been occurring all over the city. The stolen pieces include paintings, sculptures, and even a rare diamond. The detectives suspect that the heists are connected, but they cannot find any concrete evidence to support their theory.

Meanwhile, the Enigmas are up to their old tricks again. They have been hired to steal a valuable sculpture from a private collector's mansion, but they soon realize that they are not the only ones interested in the piece. As they plan their heist, they discover that another group of thieves is also after the sculpture.
